In February this year Mille Notti became Royal Warrant Holders in Sweden, something we are very happy and proud about. One snowy winter morning our CEO William Wehtje and the founder of Mille Notti, Peder Wehtje, received a certificate from Wilhem Reuterswärd, Surveyor of the Royal Court of Sweden. The diploma is decorated with the royal warrants emblem with the national coat of arms and the wording “By Appointment to H.M. the King of Sweden”.
King Gustaf VI Adolf, had more than 1,000 purveyors to the court during his time as Sweden’s ruler. Our present king has 130 and the title of Royal Warrant Holders in Sweden has become a hallmark of Swedish quality.
Products from the Royal Warrant holders are in many cases, world leaders and good examples of high-quality, Scandinavian design. The products are used both for the royal family’s private use and for use in the Royal Palaces. During trips, and in connection with state visits to other countries, the Royal Couple often bring gifts from Sweden, that comes from royal warrants.
