FAQ

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR THE PRODUCTS I ORDER?
Your order usually takes 3-4 business days to reach your agent if the item is in stock.

WHEN IS MY ORDER SENT?
Orders are shipped and processed on weekdays and orders placed before: 11:00 am are sent out on the same day.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
When your order is received, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. However, we have noticed that for some customers, emails are caught in the spam filter in the email program, so please check there first before contacting customer support.

After the order has been processed and sent, a new message will be sent confirming that the shipment has been sent. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to send the tracking number automatically, so please contact us if you wish to receive one.

WHEN ARE NON-STOCK ITEMS SENT AND HOW ARE THEY PAID FOR?
If you have ordered a product that we have marked as a non-stock item, it is delivered after 5-6 weeks as it is produced after the order has been received. Payment is made in advance either by credit card or with Klarna.

WHEN MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED, CAN ANYONE ELSE COLLECT IT?
No, only if the agent has a valid ID from you.

DO YOU SHIP ORDERS OUTSIDE SWEDEN?
Yes, to countries in Europe, but not Norway or Switzerland.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AND DO YOU OFFER PURCHASE ON APPROVAL?
Yes, you can return goods within 14 days after you have received them. We only accept returns in unbroken packaging for allergy and hygiene reasons. Sale items are not exchanged.

Notify us at online@mille-notti.com before returning the goods, so that we will be able to process the return as soon as possible when we receive it.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?
Yes, we have our own shop at Södra Fiskartorpsvägen 30 in Stockholm.
