Deliveries, Terms & Conditions

1. Terms and conditions

Mille Notti complies with both the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To place an order, the customer must be of age, 18 years old, or have the consent of a guardian. Customer means a natural person.

2. Ordering

You can order Mille Notti products via www.mille-notti.com. Incoming orders will be responded to with a written order confirmation by email.

Orders are binding on Mille Notti only once the order confirmation has been received by the customer.

Mille Notti reserves the right to deny a customer purchase. All orders are considered binding. If you have placed an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately.

3. Prices

All prices are inclusive of Swedish VAT, currently 25%, and are quoted in Swedish kronor. Mille Notti reserves the right to raise VAT and make other price changes beyond our control. Shipping and any delivery fee or invoice fee is additional.

4. Payment

Invoice

You can choose to purchase via Klarna invoice. Buy today and pay within 14 days, no invoice fee will be added. 

Please provide your Invoice number/OCR number at time of payment. In the event of late/non-payment, you will be charged a reminder fee. If your purchase total is under SEK 60, a fee of SEK 29 will be added and if your purchase total is over SEK 60, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added. In addition, default interest corresponding to 24% plus a reference rate determined by Riksbanken from time to time.

Instalments

Pay later, Klarna account and fixed instalments 3-36 months. Exact terms can be found here.

Card payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card payment takes place via encrypted connection to Klarna.

Online bank

Transfer via online bank. Banks accepted are: Nordea, Swedbank, SEB and Handelsbanken. 

Klarna Direkt

Direct payment via mobile Bank ID.

5. Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 3-7 business days. There may be deviations. If there are, we will contact the customer. Mille Notti cannot be held responsible for delivering out of stock or discontinued products. Shipping costs are always shown in the shopping basket.

 

6. Delivery delay

 If delivery delay occurs for any reason, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, as a customer you have the right to cancel your purchase for a substantial delivery delay.

There may be situations that make it impossible for us to complete an order, for example, if our suppliers cannot fulfil their commitments to us. Mille Notti reserves the right not to compensate customers in such situations or for delayed delivery.

7. Shipping

Free shipping within Sweden for purchases over SEK 950.

A shipping cost of SEK 95 will be added for purchases under SEK 950 to an agent.

A shipping cost of SEK 150 will be added for home delivery for purchases under SEK 950.

8. Guarantee

We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. Contact us if you experience problems with a product.

The customer is usually responsible for shipping costs on guarantee issues. The receipt for goods paid for is valid as a guarantee. Therefore, always keep your receipt during the guarantee period.

9. Purchase on Approval/Cooling-off period

Mille Notti complies with the Distance Contracts Act. This means that you as a customer are entitled to 14 days' right of return, without a special reason. The goods must be returned in unaltered condition and in the original packaging. Mille Notti reserves the right to charge a customer if something is missing, such as the user manual. The customer pays the costs of return. Returns sent COD will not be accepted.

Contact us before you send the product back. As soon as we have received the goods, your money will be refunded.

10. Complaint

Mille Notti applies the Consumer Sales Act to complaints. Therefore, we undertake to replace faulty or broken products at no additional cost. Remember not to claim packages with visible errors that may have impacted the condition of the item you ordered. In such cases, make a complaint to the Post Office directly at the distribution point and ask them to return the package to Mille Notti. Do not forget to write the reason for the return on the package. Then email online@mille-notti.comto notify of the complaint.

11. Unclaimed package

If for some reason you do not claim your package, you must pay the shipping fee and any delivery fee.

Remember that the Post Office will only hold items for 14 days! The current fee for unclaimed packages is SEK 95. The fee is charged in arrears. In the event of non-payment, demand for payment will be forwarded to the debt collection service without exception.

13. Disclaimer

Mille Notti does not accept liability for errors in content or price list on its website.

14. Cookies

Pursuant to the Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003, anyone visiting a website shall be notified of cookies. When you visit this website, cookies are stored on your computer. These cookies, so-called session cookies, are used to keep track of your login (if you are logged in) and your customer basket when shopping. Session cookies are not stored on your computer for a long time but disappear when you close your browser.

If you do not accept the use of cookies, you can set your browser to automatically deny cookies or notify you if a website uses cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will not be able to shop because the shopping cart and login require cookies to work. You can, however, look around the shop without having cookies enabled.
