Shopping in our webshop should be easy, but sometimes it can be difficult to find exactly what you're looking for.
Below, we have put together some guidance that can help you complete your purchase.
If you still feel unsure, just reach out to us, and we'll assist you!

Finding products:
  • If you know what you're looking for, you can use our search function. You can find the search function by clicking on the magnifying glass in the upper right corner (on mobile, you'll find the magnifying glass on the left). Then, enter what you're searching for.

  • You can also find our products in the menu at the top center. To make it easier to find desired products, we have divided our assortment into different product categories:
    News - Bedroom - Bathroom

  • If you want to know more about a specific product, click on it. On the respective product page, you'll find more images and product-specific details.

Found something you want to order?
  • On the product page, click on the desired colour and size. Then, click the "Add to Cart" button. The selected products will be added to your shopping cart.

  • If you want to check what's in your cart, you can find it in the upper right corner.

  • If you wish to order more of the same item, press the "+" button under the product in the cart until the desired quantity is displayed.

Ready to place your order?
  • Go to the shopping cart in the upper right corner and check that everything looks correct.

  • Just below the product listing, choose the country to which the items should be shipped.

  • Enter the applicable postal code to see available delivery options.

  • Select the shipping method that suits you.

  • Complete the order by filling in your payment details. Ensure that you provide accurate information. Then, click "Continue."

  • Choose your payment method (Klarna or "Pay with Card"). Then, click "Pay Purchase" or enter your card details and click "Pay Purchase."

  • Once the purchase is completed, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided to confirm that we have received your order. Sometimes, the order confirmation might end up in your spam folder.
    Contact us if you don't receive any order confirmation.

  • When the order is picked and the shipment is booked, we will confirm via email. This usually happens within 1-2 business days.
