1. About the Terms and Conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions of purchase ("Terms and Conditions") apply to all purchases you make from www.mille-notti.com ("Website"). By making a purchase on the Website, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 The agreement is entered into with Mille Notti AB, registration number 556428-2738, with registered address at Södra Fiskartorpsvägen 30, 114 33 Stockholm ("Mille Notti," "us," or "we").

2.1 To make a purchase, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under applicable law. This means you must be at least 16 years old to make a purchase using your own funds or at least 18 years old to make a purchase on credit.
2.2 If you make a purchase on the Website as a representative of a company, you accept the Terms and Conditions on behalf of the company and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions and make purchases on behalf of the company.
3. Order Confirmation and Delivery Confirmation
3.1 Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email, confirming that we have received your order. The order confirmation does not constitute a binding agreement. A binding agreement is only formed when you receive the final delivery confirmation. Your order may be refused before you receive the final delivery confirmation.
4. Prices and Information
4.1 The prices displayed on the Website at the time of ordering apply to your purchase. All prices include applicable VAT. The prices do not include any additional payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately.
4.2 If the price of a product or the information about a product on the Website is incorrect, and you realized or should have realized this at the time of ordering, the price or information will not apply to your purchase. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible after discovering the error.
5.1 Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options, where payment is made directly to Klarna:
• Pay within 14 days: Payment terms are 14 days from the dispatch of the goods. You can find the terms for Pay within 14 days here.
• Klarna Account: A credit account provided by Klarna that allows the account holder to pay for their purchases in monthly installments of at least 1/24 (minimum 50 SEK) of the total credit amount utilized, or according to the approved terms at the checkout. • Pay Now: Automatic deduction from your bank account. The service is based on direct debit, and your account will be debited approximately two banking days after the purchase has been made or after the product has been shipped. You can find the terms for using direct debit here.
• Bank Transfer: Your account will be debited immediately after the order has been placed.• Swish: Your account will be debited immediately upon placing the order.
5.3 The use of personal data by Klarna is in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Klarna's privacy information.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Delivery Options
We offer various delivery options. The available delivery options are always specified on the Website and at checkout. We offer home delivery depending on your location.
6.2 If your order contains multiple products, some of which are not in stock with us, we may send the products to you in multiple deliveries at no additional cost.

6.4 Shipping Cost
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, shipping is free if you spend over 139 €. If you spend less than 139 € or if you purchase bulky items such as beds or bed frames, a shipping fee will apply. The exact shipping fee will always be indicated at the time of purchase. 6.5 Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is always specified at the time of purchase and depends on whether the product is in stock. If you order a product marked as "In Stock," the estimated delivery time is typically 3-7 working days. If the product is a special order item, the estimated delivery time will be indicated for each specific product. In case of delivery delays, we will contact you.
6.6 Unclaimed Packages
You are responsible for receiving or collecting your delivery in accordance with the instructions provided at the time of ordering. Packages at pick-up points that are not collected within the specified time period will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 13 € which covers our handling and shipping costs in case you do not collect your package from the pick-up point.
6.7 If you have chosen home delivery and do not follow the reception instructions, for example, if you are not at home to receive your delivery, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 13 € to cover the additional shipping costs.
7. Offers, Discount Codes, and Gifts
7.1 From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, gifts, and other offers ("Offers"). Such Offers are valid only for the duration specified in connection with the Offer and under the conditions stated in connection with the Offer. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.
7.2 You need to enter any applicable code or otherwise activate the current Offer before completing your purchase in order to take advantage of the Offer. If you return ordered products, it may result in no longer meeting the conditions of the Offer, which may require you to return any gift received or pay for the value of the gift. In such cases, we will contact you.
7.3 In all other respects, these Purchase Terms also apply to purchases of products covered by our Offers.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1 You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person on your behalf, receive the product that you have purchased on the Website.
8.2 Exceptions for certain products
Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This applies if you have broken the seal on products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, such as liquid soap and body oil. Products that have been made to your specifications or otherwise have a clear personal touch are also exempt from the right of withdrawal.
8.3 Depreciation of used products
If you use a product covered by the right of withdrawal more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, we have the right to make a depreciation deduction before making your refund. Such deduction is made by comparing the value of the product upon return with its original value at the time of purchase. To receive a full refund under the right of withdrawal, we recommend that you return the product in its original condition.
8.4 How to exercise your right of withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days from the day you, or a person on your behalf, receive or collect your order. You can easily make your return by using the return form included in the package. You can also contact our customer service by emailing email@example.com or by calling 08-700 00 01.
8.5 After notifying us that you want to return your purchase, you need to send back the product within 14 days. We recommend that you return the product in the same packaging as you received it, as you are responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipping if the damage or loss was caused by your negligence, such as improper packaging of the product.
8.6 Return Shipping
You will bear the cost of return shipping, which is 13 € when returning your purchase. For bulky items such as beds, bed frames, and various types of mattress toppers, the cost of return shipping is higher. The actual cost of return shipping for these items depends on the product and how it is to be transported. You will be informed of the applicable cost when contacting our customer service. The cost is up to a maximum of 65€ per package. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once you have returned your purchase, we will process your refund through our payment service provider within 14 days from the day you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. However, we will not issue the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided evidence of having sent it back to us. Please note that you are responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipping that results from your negligence.
8.8 Our refund will include any shipping costs you paid in connection with the purchase, but only for standard shipping costs. Extra shipping costs incurred due to choosing a more expensive shipping option will not be refunded.
8.9 The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose at the time of purchase, unless we agree on an alternative method.
9.1 If there is something wrong with your product, you have the right to make a complaint about the defective product in accordance with the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the country where you have your habitual residence. In Sweden, you have the right to complain about original defects in the product that arise within three years from the delivery of the product (liability period). You must always make a complaint within a reasonable time from when you should have noticed the defect. Your right to make a complaint expires no later than two months after the three-year liability period has elapsed.

9.3 Once the complained-about product has been received and we have confirmed the validity of the complaint, we will compensate you in accordance with applicable law.
We offer a warranty against frame and spring breakage on our beds. The warranty period is 10 years and covers frame and spring breakage that occurs within 10 years from the day the bed was delivered to you. If you want to invoke the warranty, you need to contact us within a reasonable time from when you noticed or should have noticed the frame or spring breakage. Information about which products are covered by the warranty is stated in the product description on the Website.
11. Our obligations
11.1 If there is something wrong with your product or if the delivery is delayed, we are responsible for damages you have suffered as a result of the defect or delay, in accordance with mandatory consumer protection laws. However, we are only liable for damages to the extent that you have taken reasonable measures to mitigate your loss. Therefore, we are not responsible for damages that you could have avoided by taking reasonable measures.
11.2 We are not liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as war, strike, pandemic, or natural disasters, which we could not reasonably have foreseen (Force Majeure). If we are prevented from fulfilling our obligations under the agreement or these Terms and Conditions due to Force Majeure, you have the right to terminate the agreement in accordance with mandatory consumer rights legislation.
12. About these Terms and Conditions
12.1 We have the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, but the Terms and Conditions that you agreed to at the time of your purchase will always apply to that purchase. Any changes will be indicated in the latest published version of the Terms and Conditions on the Website. Changes take effect from the time you accept the Terms and Conditions, i.e., when you make a new purchase on the Website.
12.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable by any competent court, authority, or alternative dispute resolution body, the remaining parts of that provision and all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable in full accordance with applicable law. You always have the right to the mandatory consumer rights applicable in the country where you have your habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as limiting such rights.
13. Special terms for businesses
For customers who purchase on the Website as businesses, we do not offer a right of withdrawal. We are also not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Furthermore, our liability under these Terms and Conditions for any loss or damage is limited to an amount equal to the total amount paid by the customer as a business to Mille Notti for the product that the loss or damage is related to or arising from.
14. Questions, complaints, or disputes
14.1 If you have any questions or complaints regarding your order, please feel free to contact us using the contact information provided at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions.
14.2 In the event of a dispute with private individuals, we follow decisions from alternative dispute resolution bodies. To access the alternative dispute resolution body in your country, click here.
14.3 As a private individual, you also have the opportunity to lodge a complaint via the EU's online dispute resolution platform, which you can find here.
14.4 Regardless of the above, any disputes may also be resolved in any competent court in the country where the customer has their domicile. For business purchases, disputes shall be resolved in a general court, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
