Code of Conduct
The Mille Notti Code of Conduct defines the ethical principles and societal responsibility we expect from our employees, suppliers, and partners. The code is based on our core values: Quality, Care, Trust, Responsibility, Transparency and Consciousness, and follows internationally recognised principles such as UN Global Compact’s ten principles for working conditions, human rights, environmental responsibility, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption.
At Mille Notti we believe in planned consumption and we see our responsibility as offering high quality and timeless design, which does not need to be replaced when trends fluctuate, or seasons change.
Our goal is to be a clear opposite to thoughtless consumption. All our decisions must strengthen our mission - to take responsibility for, and inspire, a more planned and sustainable consumption.
With the help of this Code, we aim to establish the grounds for shared responsibility as we strive for long-lasting, trusting, and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers who share our strong values and demonstrate a commitment to operating responsibly and ethically.
